Posted: 24 November 2010

HAMPSHIRE company, PSP, has this week completed a job for a VIP customer.

The worldwide logistics company, based in Segensworth, has played a part in TV adventurer, Bear Grylls latest challenge by transporting his expedition equipment around the world.

Earlier this summer PSP, which moves boats and equipment across the world, moved equipment 2,300 miles by road and air for Bear’s 2,500 mile RIB voyage through the icy waters of the North West Passage.

On Sunday (November 21) PSP ensured the final pieces of equipment returned to the UK safe and sound. The haul, which included expedition equipment and clothing, arrived at London Heathrow.

PSP’s Managing Director, Frank Dixie, said:

“It’s a huge honour to count Bear Grylls among our clients. We are all big fans of the show and are glad he and his equipment have returned home safely after such a dangerous challenge.”
