PSP sets course for Seawork 2010
Posted: 23 March 2010
WORLDWIDE shipping and packing firm, PSP, will exhibit at the UK’s largest and fastest-growing commercial marine event for the first time ever this year.
The company, based in Hampshire, will set course for Seawork in June, ahead of its third year of sponsorship of the PSP Southampton Boat Show. The move means that PSP will strengthen its links with its home port and generate even more business in what Managing Director, Frank Dixie, predicts to be the biggest year in the company’s history.
Frank said:
“2010 is already set to be a massive year for PSP and with that in mind, we are grabbing every opportunity to strengthen our position in the boat transportation market. Marine transport is a huge part of our business and the Seawork show will give us another chance to show off what we do on our own doorstep. It will also allow us to show our support of the industry, something that is highlighted by the millions of pounds we have put into our sponsorship of the PSP Southampton Boat Show over the last three years.”
Seawork Commerical Marine and Workboat Exhibition and Conference, now in its 13th year, offers sector-specific pavilions, a three-day conference programme and more than 60 vessels available for demonstrations.
The event runs from June 15-17, 2010.
Segensworth-based PSP provides worldwide freight forwarding, express courier services, packing and boat transportation services.
PSP is a flexible, privately-owned company with a network of offices across the globe, including Hong Kong, Dubai, Germany, India, South Africa, USA, the Caribbean, Australia, New Zealand and China as part of the PSP Alliance.
